Cross-platform PWA that unifies a school's internal processes as channels. Invoices parsed by a multimodal LLM (vision — well beyond OCR) and auto-categorised into Google Drive; email client with LLM triage; chat with voice-message transcription. Built for a paying client.
My crowdfunded open-source project: a communication and knowledge system that treats ideas as Git repositories. LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and RAG with local embedding models. The flagship of my AI-native development, built daily for over a year.
